It all started in a tiny apartment kitchen where Sam became obsessed with one simple technique: achieving the ultimate lacey, caramelized edge on a smash burger without losing the juicy center.

After months of smoking out the kitchen, tweaking house-made sauces, and feeding an endless line of hungry neighbors, Sam brought the concept to life. What began as a wildly popular late-night pop-up quickly evolved into Sam’s Super Smash — a high-energy neighborhood spot built on flat-top heat, quick service, and honest, comforting food.
